Requirements for Withdrawal

Profile Completion and Documents Submission

Ecofare Rummy believes in a fair, safe, and secure transaction of the money deposited by its users. In keeping with security norms, certain mandatory requirements must be submitted by the players before they can request a withdrawal.

To verify these requirements, players need to submit the following documents:

• ID Proof
• PAN Card

If your profile is not complete and verified, or the documents are not submitted and/or verified, you will not be able to initiate a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Policies

Ecofare Rummy ensures player funds' safety and security by keeping player balances in segregated accounts, ensuring availability for withdrawal.

Game Play and Withdrawal

When participating in Cash Games, the Buy-in amount is deducted from the player’s ‘Cash Balance.’ If the Buy-in amount exceeds the ‘Non-Withdrawable Balance,’ the remaining amount is deducted from the ‘Withdrawable Balance.’

Winning amounts will be added to the ‘Withdrawable Balance’ and will be available for withdrawal.

Withdrawals without gameplay may not be entertained. In some cases, a 5% fee and 28% GST may be charged.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100, and the maximum is Rs. 1,00,000.

TDS Deduction

As per the Finance Bill passed by the Government of India in Union Budget 2023-24, Ecofare Rummy may deduct 30% TDS on net winnings at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed in two batches:

• Batch 1: Requests made between 5 PM - 9 AM will be processed between 9 AM - 11 AM.
• Batch 2: Requests made between 9 AM - 5 PM will be processed between 5 PM - 7 PM.

How to Make a Withdrawal Request?

Log in to your Ecofare Rummy account and click on the ‘Withdrawal’ tab. If your profile and documents are verified, you can choose between Bank Transfer and UPI.

Modes of Withdrawal

Bank Transfer

• Login to Ecofare Rummy and click on ‘Withdrawal’.
• Enter the amount and click ‘Add Bank’.
• Provide bank details (Account Number, IFSC, etc.).
• Complete OTP verification.

Once submitted, bank details cannot be edited. Contact support for changes.

UPI Withdrawal

• Login and click on ‘Withdrawal’.
• Enter the amount and select an added UPI ID.
• If adding UPI for the first time, enter and submit your UPI ID.
